Cities We Serve Across the Denver Metro
Fischer Van Lines is a Navy veteran-owned moving company based in Denver. Since 2004 we have moved homes and businesses across the metro area, from Boulder County to Castle Rock and from Golden to Aurora. We are licensed and insured, and every move gets the same clear plan and careful crew, whatever the zip code.
Pick your city below to see local moving details, answers to common questions, and reviews from our customers. Moving out of Colorado? We handle long-distance moves too.
Every part of the metro moves a little differently. Older neighborhoods have narrow streets and limited parking, newer subdivisions come with HOA rules, and downtown buildings need elevator and loading-dock reservations. Because our crews work all over the metro, we know what to plan for before the truck arrives.

Meet Our Founder
“After all these years, I still believe one thing matters more than anything else in moving: trust. When someone hires us, they’re not just handing over furniture. They’re inviting us into their home – into a space that holds their routines, their memories, and a lot of personal history. That’s not something we ever take lightly.
The Denver metro area has been a big part of our journey. We’ve helped young families settle into new neighborhoods, worked with seniors who needed patience and understanding during downsizing, and supported businesses where timing and professionalism truly matter. Over time, you start to see a pattern – people don’t want promises, they want follow-through.
That’s why I expect the same level of care on every move, whether it’s across town or across state lines. If we say we’ll handle something a certain way, we do it. That simple standard is what Fischer Van Lines is built on.”
- Jeff Fischer, Founder of Fischer Van Lines

Your quote spells out every cost before you book. Moves outside Denver can include a drive-time fee and a one-time truck and gas fee, and we tell you about them up front.
