• Planning: we work with your office, facilities or property manager on floor plans, inventory, labels and the schedule.
• Building access: we coordinate loading docks and elevator reservations with building management, and protect floors, elevators and finishes at both sites.
• Furniture and cubicles: we take apart desks, cubicles and modular systems and reinstall them at the new site.
• IT and office equipment: servers and server racks, phones, copiers, printers and other electronics. Our crews disconnect and reconnect computers, and we plan the rest with your IT team.
• Medical and lab equipment: for clinics and labs, along with the office furniture.
• Files and records: filing systems, records and confidential documents for law firms and financial offices.
• Warehouses and stores: palletized inventory, racking, store fixtures and display cases.
• Packing and storage: packing and crating, plus short-term, climate-controlled storage from a few days to a few weeks.

How the move works, step by step

Most of our business moves follow four steps:

• Plan: we walk through your site, free of charge, and talk with building management. We set the schedule around your lease dates.
• Prepare: we tag your assets, number each workstation and protect equipment for the move. We also plan how your files and records will move.
• Moving day: we work the loading dock and elevator schedule, protect any tenant improvements, and unload in stages at the new site.
• Setup: we reassemble cubicles, place furniture, position server racks and set up each workspace. We finish with a final walkthrough.

Our trucks have lift gates, and our crews bring pallet jacks, dollies, floor protection, pads and shrink wrap.

How long does a business move take?

It depends on the size of the move. A small office can move in a single day, and a large corporate move can take several weeks. For schools, we schedule the move during academic breaks. For stores, we plan around your reopening date. We can also work after hours or on weekends.

How much does a commercial move cost in Denver?

Most commercial moves are priced by the hour under our Fair Clock Pricing. What changes the total:

• Pick one person on your team as the main contact for the move.
• Ask building management at both sites about moving hours, elevator bookings and insurance requirements.
• Back up computers and servers before they are disconnected.
• Clear out old files, furniture and equipment you no longer need.
• Ask your staff to pack personal items and clear their desks before moving day.
