Freight elevator windows get booked, certificates of insurance get filed with management before the truck arrives, and loading dock access has a time limit. How do you move furniture out of houses with 150-foot driveways?
With more people, not more time. On the acre-lot streets in Greenwood Hills, Green Oaks and The Preserve, we either stage a shuttle closer to the door or add crew so the long carry does not stretch the day. We also lay floor runners from the door to the truck path, because that much foot traffic over a finished floor is where damage actually happens.

That is a normal conversation for us. Do you move artwork, mirrors and large glass?
Yes. Mirrors and glass tabletops go in custom-cut cartons. Framed art gets corner protection and a picture carton sized to it. Large or valuable pieces can be crated. Tell us during the estimate what needs crating so the materials are on the truck that morning.
